Because our products are digital goods delivered instantly, all sales are generally final. We want you to be happy with your purchase, so please read the exceptions below.
When we’ll make it right
Contact us within 14 days of purchase if any of the following apply, and we’ll provide a working file or a refund:
- The file is corrupted or won’t download.
- You were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error.
- The product was materially not as described.
How refunds are handled
Refunds are processed through our merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, back to your original payment method. To request one, reply to your Lemon Squeezy email receipt or email us at contact@politigeist.com with your order number.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer law. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies (for example, for some consumers in the EU or UK), please note that by choosing immediate access to a digital download you may be asked to acknowledge that the withdrawal period ends once the download begins.
